Navigo Partners is an independent corporate finance advisory firm focused on transactions within the fields of corporate M&A, Equity Capital Markets and Credit Advisory. The business was founded by a group of experienced corporate finance practitioners with a clear vision of how to best support our clients' needs for a considered view, strategic advice and reliable execution services.

We have our permanent representation in Stockholm, but due to the nature of our business we regularly operate in an international context. Based on our heritage we are well connected into local networks in Sweden and London and through Clairfield International we have access to many markets in other parts of the world. We deliver M&A execution services of international standard.

We organise ourselves in teams in order to combine broad experience and different sets of skills in a flexible way and tailored for the particular situation. Achieving the most favourable outcome for our clients require full “hands-on” involvement and commitment throughout a transaction process, from inception to completion.
